The purchasing price includes a high standard of fitted out apartments and equipment: the oak wood
flooring, Italian marble in bathrooms, kitchen fittings, ceramics and fittings of the world's best brands,
a fully equipped wardrobe and laundry, built in wardrobes, spotlights, window blinds, air conditioning,
high-tech kitchen equipment as well as the intelligent home management system HMS.
All apartments are equipped with the advanced home management system HMS, which manages the air-conditioning, lights,
window-blinds and TV sets with the help of key-pads and mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets. Key-pads
digital “smart” multifunctional switching devices mounted in each room – may be freely configured by programming them
different functions. The system also enables you to create so-called individual scenarios, e.g. “dawn” raises the temperature
in the apartment before you wake up, heats the floor in the bathroom and then wakes you up with your favorite tune.
Our kitchens are equipped with state-of-art kitchen facilities by Miele: an inductive heating plate, one or two electric ovens
with a microwave or a steam function (depending on the sizee of the apartment), a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer and an ice cube device
and kitchen cabinets by Alno. The kitchen fitting fronts are finished with satin coloured glass, veneer or varnish.
The granite worktops are available in black or light grey. The room is completed with chrome mounting and a sink by Blanco.
The walls and floor of the bathroom are covered with natural Italian marble available in five colours.
Each bathroom is fitted with a Duscholux shower cubicle equipped with a shower head with rain facility,
a Kaldewei bath, a washbasin and a toilet by Duravit, opti-white type mirrors, chrome plated fittings
and accessories by Dornbracht, on-walls heaters by Zehnder and cupboards with shelves.
The bathroom is finished with spot light mounted in the suspended ceiling, complete with mechanical ventilation and heated floors.
In the apartments there are comfortable and fully furnished wardrobes with spotlights in suspended ceilings. The internally lit wardrobes are 260 cm high. They are equipped with a clothing storage system and finished with the elegant doors of transparent glass in metal frames, thanks to which the interior is more spacious.
In each apartment there is a separate, ventilated room equipped with a washing machine and a drier by Miele.
